Who we help

Refinancing stop paying the loyalty tax

Rates creep. Loyalty rarely pays. A comprehensive review of your existing loan often finds real money — and we keep reviewing it after settlement, so the savings don’t stop there.

let’s talk it through

A proper review, not a rate chase

We review the whole structure — rate, fees, offset, loan term, and whether your current lender still deserves you. Then we negotiate or move.

We keep watching

We review our clients’ loans periodically. If your lender drifts uncompetitive again, you’ll hear from us first.

Equity, put to work

Refinancing can also unlock equity for renovations or the next property — structured so it helps rather than hurts.

Joel is very approachable, explained every thing clearly, patiently answered lots of questions, and was very flexible and accommodating when we wanted last minute changes. We have been kept informed with regular updates along the way.

Common questions

Asked all the time

Is refinancing worth the hassle?
Run it through our refinance calculator — if the saving is real, we handle the hassle part. Switching is mostly paperwork, and the paperwork is our job.
What are the costs of switching?
Typically a few hundred dollars in discharge and registration fees; sometimes lender incentives offset them. We show the break-even point in writing before you decide.
My fixed rate is ending — when should I act?
Two to three months out. That’s enough time to compare properly and have the new loan ready the day the fixed term ends.
