What we collect
We collect personal information reasonably necessary to provide broking and credit assistance services — from your name, address and contact details through to qualifications, employment history and financial information. This may include sensitive information (including health information) and anything you tell us about a vulnerability, so we can support you properly.
How we collect it

AI and automated tools
We may use artificial intelligence and automated systems — operated by us or trusted third-party providers — to assist with tasks such as extracting data from bank statements, summarising documents and matching your situation to lender policies, always subject to human oversight and Australian privacy law.
Our lender panel
We may submit your application to one or more credit providers. The full panel we can access is published at connective.com.au — lender panel and asset finance panel.
